Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order as much as we loved creating it. However, if something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your purchase, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return Policy:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty
How to Return:
1. To start a return or exchange, please email support@sisiosa.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
2. We'll provide you with the return instructions
3. Package your items securely and ship them to the address provided
4. Retain your shipping receipt for tracking purposes
Returns Monitoring Policy:
We want you to enjoy shopping with us and to love every piece you order. However, to help us protect our small business and ensure fair use of our returns policy, we keep an eye on return activity.
If we notice an unusual or excessive pattern of returns, we may review your account. This includes situations where:
• Items are returned that appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered;
• There's a pattern that suggests "wardrobing" (wearing items and returning them); or
• There are signs of potential fraudulent or suspicious activity.
In these cases, we may decide to limit or refuse future returns or orders.
We really appreciate your understanding and support and every order helps us continue creating unique, handmade pieces for our customers.
Exchanges:
• If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead.
• Postage costs for exchanges on non-faulty or undamaged items are the customer's responsibility.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
• In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including all return postage costs.
Refunds:
• Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Please note that return postage for non-faulty or undamaged items is the customer's responsibility.
• If your order was sent via Express Delivery, only the Standard Delivery charge will be refunded.
